Pipeline Management FAQ

Do I need Monday.com to use the pipeline features?

Monday.com is the primary integration for automatic deal syncing. However, you can also manually create deals, upload CSV files, or import from other systems. Direct Salesforce and Procore integrations are on the roadmap.

Can multiple estimators use the system simultaneously?

Yes. PE Ontology supports unlimited users on the Professional plan. Each estimator can see their assigned deals, while managers and executives see the full pipeline. Role-based permissions control who sees what.

How does the distressed project scoring work?

Projects are scored based on days to completion. Under 7 days = catastrophic (score 90-100), 8-14 days = severe (75), 15-30 days = high (60), 31-60 = moderate (40). Scores update automatically as project dates approach.

Can I track proposals and their status?

Yes. Each deal can have proposal PDFs attached. The AI reads the proposal and generates a scope summary. You can track which proposals have been submitted, which have responses, and calculate your overall bid-hit ratio.
