You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
Transmit spam, malware, or other harmful content through the Service
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
Use the Service to violate the terms of any connected third-party platform

5. Third-Party Integrations

The Service integrates with third-party platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook/Meta, Instantly.ai, etc.). Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third party's terms of service. We are not responsible for the actions, content, or policies of any third-party platform.

6. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate content including social media posts, images, and analytics. AI-generated content is provided as suggestions and you are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before it is published or shared. Triumph Atlantic LLC is not liable for any consequences arising from the use of AI-generated content.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Triumph Atlantic LLC. Content you create or upload through the Service remains your property. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content as necessary to provide the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Triumph Atlantic LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
